MARGIN IS DECIDED BEFORE THE FIRST BOARD IS CUT

Do more work with the same people.

INNERGY Engineering is cloud-native, multi-user CAD/CAM for commercial millwork. Your whole team works one shared project simultaneously, so engineering stops setting the ceiling on how much work you can take on.

No file locking. No sequential handoffs. No workstations to fund. One connected workflow from the plan set to CNC-ready output.

BUILT FOR OWNERS

Three ways engineering caps your P&L.

You see all three at the end of the job. None of them show up as a line item.

Capacity you cannot buy

Engineering output per dollar of input has fallen 44% in twelve years while wages have risen. Hiring your way out is the obvious answer. The labor market is not handing out engineers.

Rework you already bid

A mid-project change that turns into a rebuild is labor you cannot bill back. It never appears as a cost line. It appears as a thinner margin on a job you already won.

Five versions of the truth

Drawings, cut lists, and job data each live in a different tool, and someone re-keys between them. Every handoff is one more chance for the error or the scrap that eats a job.

WHAT THE GAP IS WORTH

Same machines. Same lumber. Different numbers.

11 pts

Operating-margin gap

The spread between top-quartile firms and the median. Not equipment. Not labor rates. How they run.

$1.1M

Additional EBIT per year

What closing that gap is worth annually to a $10M shop, on the revenue you already have.

$266K

Capacity freed up

Roughly three to four people's worth of capacity at a $10M shop, available to redeploy toward growth instead of overhead.

Integrative, intuitive, fast software that makes engineering happen in weeks, not months.

WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGES

Fewer places for the job to lose money.

SINGLE ENVIRONMENT

One project from the plan set to the machine

The job carries from the plan set to CNC-ready output in one environment, with Optimizer and Post Processor built in. Nothing gets exported, re-keyed, or lost between tools. Fewer handoffs means fewer places for scrap and rework to start.

From design to machine in one place

REAL-TIME, MULTI-USER

Parallel work instead of a queue

Several engineers work the same project simultaneously, with granular permissions and activity logging. Parallel workflows replace sequential handoffs, so the schedule compresses without a single new hire.

CLOUD-NATIVE

Nothing to install. Nothing to maintain.

Browser access on any device. Optimizer, Post Processor, stock reporting, and nesting all run in the cloud. Updates arrive automatically instead of being installed. There is no workstation refresh cycle and no dedicated IT footprint to fund.

Cloud-native - Nothing to install. Nothing to maintain.

STANDARDIZE THE REPEATABLE

Every job stops starting at zero.

A library that compounds

Resize W/H/D, then save custom products and reuse them on the next job. The 400th base cabinet becomes a reuse instead of a redraw, and standard work gets easier to price.

Revisions in one pass

Change a whole run of cabinets at once rather than one cabinet at a time. A job-wide revision becomes an edit. It stops being a rebuild that eats an afternoon.

Build off the plan set

Bring DWG/DXF in and build directly against the plan. Elevations, floor plans, and commercial shop drawings come back out, with PDF export included.

“INNERGY Engineering is the future for millwork engineering. The accessibility is going to be years ahead of any competitors. Being cloud based and having the ability to utilize multiple engineers/drafters on the same project, at the same time, will reduce the amount of time projects take to complete significantly. The willingness for the team to make engineers/drafters lives easier will only drive INNERGY Engineering further into the future. ”

Frequently asked questions

What does IT have to stand up?

Nothing. Browser access, no install, and no local servers. Nesting and optimization run in the cloud, so there is no workstation to specify or refresh. It works on any device, tablets included.

How is it priced?

One all-inclusive annual subscription per user, plus a monthly fee for each connected CNC machine. Every module, all standard product libraries, updates, support, and customer success enablement are included. There are no tiered editions and no per-feature unlocks.

What keeps the rollout from stalling?

Onboarding is milestone-based, and your team earns credits back against the onboarding fee as it completes each milestone. That puts implementation on a schedule instead of on a shelf.

Can several engineers work the same project simultaneously?

Yes. Simultaneous multi-user editing with granular permissions and activity logging. No file locking. No passing a single file back and forth.

Which CNC machines does it support?

Optimizer and Post Processor integration with Biesse CIX and Homag MPR at launch. DWG/DXF import and export and commercial shop drawing output are included. There is no machine vendor lock-in, so it works with your existing equipment mix.

Is it right for the work we do today?

Version 1.0 is built for commercial cabinetry and casework. If your mix is mostly high-end residential, five-piece doors, or dovetail drawers, wait for the 2027 release. We would rather tell you that now than sell you a poor fit.

What happens when a machine crashes?

Continuous autosave. The work lives in the cloud and stays in sync, so a crash costs your team minutes rather than an afternoon.
