Is it actually cloud-based, or "cloud" with an asterisk?

Actually cloud. Browser access, no install, and nesting and optimization run in the cloud. Works on any device, tablets included. No workstation, no dedicated IT footprint.

Can multiple engineers work one project at the same time?

Yes. Simultaneous multi-user editing with granular permissions and activity logging. No file locking, no passing a single file back and forth.

Which CNC machines does it support?

Optimizer and Post Processor integration with Biesse CIX and Homag MPR at launch, plus DWG/DXF import and export and commercial shop drawing output.

What about high-end residential, dovetail drawers, or 5-piece doors?

Not yet. v1.0 is built for commercial cabinetry and casework. If you're mostly high-end residential, we'll tell you straight: wait for the 2027 release. We'd rather lose the demo than waste your afternoon.

Do the training hours expire if we don't use them?

No. The license includes all modules, standard product libraries, updates, standard support, and customer success enablement. Nothing sits on a shelf ticking toward zero.

What happens when there's a crash?

Continuous autosave. You can stop hitting Ctrl+S out of reflex. Your work is in the cloud, in sync, whether or not your afternoon goes to plan.
